Great location, lovely large room and bathroom with a great shower. Everything you need is provided, kettle , tea , coffee, hairdryer, iron. Menus for the restaurant in your rooms , room service is an option. Comfy bed. Quiet room. 24hr manned reception. Easy check in a good late check out at 12 as standard. Would definitely stay again
Our entire stay was beyond fabulous! We were fortunate enough to get an early check in, which truly helped traveling with a 5 year old. Madison was a delight at the front desk. The room was quaint but really nice. Not a lot of space for 3 large suitcases but we made due. The location is amazing. The view of Derby Square, great. And being in the heart of everything made exploring fantastic and easy. The shower and towel warning rack were awesome too! We had breakfast there the first morning and it was really good. Overall a wonderful experience! We will be back!
Me and my partner flew from Jersey and stayed for 2 nights before heading to Manchester for 2 nights. Great location very close to everything like Liverpool One but also didn’t find it too loud in the area which was nice. Simple room but with everything you need. 24 hour reception. Breakfast was tasty and all staff very friendly. Perfect for what we needed.
Our room was very clean upon arrival, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and it's in a great location, with liverpool one a 2 minute walk away, albert docks less than a 15 minute walk, and opposite James street station. Quite expensive for a small room. The description does say it would come with a seating area, we got one chair by the desk. The food we ordered from room service which was the breakfast, i got the french toast, and my partner got the full english breakfast, wasn't worth the money and the food was quite meh. Although there were some good aspects in whole not worth the money, but i suppose your paying for the fact its in the city centre.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Liverpool One. It’s clean and tidy throughout. The double bed in the room is a small double and there was ample space to perhaps use a larger bed. The lack of seating in the room was a bit of a disappointment. Air Con is set to 18 degrees could not change this but it was not strong enough to keep the room cool and the windows are painted shut and therefore could not be opened either. We had breakfast included and until I asked we did not have any idea where or what time this was being served. The breakfast menu is limited but gave us everything we required. No parking is one of the biggest issues for me - £90 for four days in Liverpool One is not great but I knew upfront that parking was not included. Overall satisfied with the hotel and the friendly staff.
A really great hotel, the rooms are small - to be expected in a city but actually very spacious. They are very well throughout rooms to give you maximum space. Our room was incredibly clean as was the bathroom. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower was big. My only complaint was the mattress, it was too hard for me - although my friend preferred the hard mattress - therefore it's more of a personal preference. Also, our pillows were quite soft and bulky, again a personal preference but I would have rathered them to be slightly thinner. Good security - it says to press the buzzer to get in but you didn't need to, so that aspect of the security wasn't great. To get to the rooms you need a room key. Then to get onto the floor with your room you needed your room key again, that was great. The location is great, opposite James Street Station, and only a short walk to Liverpool One. Overall, a great place. I would highly recommend staying here and I would be happy going back.
Rooms were very clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. A couple of places where paint could be touched up due to guest wear and tear but nothing major. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Amenities in the room were great. Brilliant location. Only slight downside was the wifi didnt work very well. We were on the top floor so maybe some range extenders needed. But we struggled to stay connected or get anything to load so we ended up not using it. Overall very happy with our stay and will definitely be back
